We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your professional service towards selling my house at 13309 Rue Chelsea, Pierrefonds H9A lBl.
Since it was time to sale my house and after market research for professional Real Estate Broker service our first preference was you.
With wide range of experience in property buying & selling and language knowledge like English, French, Italian and Spanish its opens a lot of options for seller to invite wide range of buyer while I am selling my house.
It was a little longer than normal house selling process, Since March 2017 to Oct 2017 but Tina organize 12 Open house and numbers of personal visits, Tina always available by personal, email and phone calls. Tina also have in depth knowledge about documentation and if required house maintenance too. I appreciate the time you spent on it.
I am happy to finally have that house sold.

Sujet : Vente de terrain à St-Lazare, Chemin Ste-Elisabeth, QC. À qui de droit,
Par la présente je voudrais souligner l’excellent travail fait par Mme Tina Dolce pour le compte de Proprio Direct concernant la vente de notre terrain sltuè à St-Lazare.
Depuls mars 2007, nous avons fait affaire avec 3 agences immobilières : Re/Max, Royal Lepage et La Capitale. En tout, nous n’avons reçu qu’une seule offre d’achat que nous avons refusée, et les conseils de ces courtiers étaient inexistants.
En avril 2010, nous avons décidé de confier la vente du terrain à Mme. Tina Dolce (Proprio Direct). En moins de 60 jours, nous avons eu une dizaine de rencontres avec elle, 2 offres d’achat dont la deuxième rencontrait nos critères.
Mme Dolce a démontré une attitude très professionnelle durant cette période de temps; elle s’est avérée être une très bonne conseillère tout au long du processus et a été présente dans les étapes finales d’acceptation de l’offre et de signature devant Notaire.
Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir fait affaire avec elle dès le début.
Il est certain que lorsque nous déciderons de vendre notre résidence, Mme Dolce sera la première sur la liste à ètre contactée.

J’ai rencontré Tina Dolce alors que je recherchais un appartement à louer à Ville-Saint-Laurent le lundi 14 mars 2022. Elle a communiqué rapidement avec moi à la suite d’une demande de visite que j’ai faite sur le site Centris. Elle a également planifié une visite dès le lendemain. Lors de notre échange verbal, je lui ai mentionné que ma recherche se faisait dans le contexte d’une séparation. Elle a été sensible à ma situation en étant délicate et attentionnée. Elle a fait les suivis avec diligence et j’ai ainsi pu signer mon bail le samedi suivant, le 19 avril.
